ELECTROSTATIC ROTARY BELL
Atomization with a rotary bell is a high-energy process that enables generation of an optimal spectrum of droplet sizes for the coating to be applied. Flowing from the central injector, the coating is then distributed outwards from the center by a rotary bell at high speed (generally 25–70 krpm). The centrifugal force breaks the bonds of the coating, which is atomized into droplets in the air.
TYPES OF PRODUCTS: water-based coatings, polyurethane and acrylic coatings.
